Filling online RTI with your name

Hi,
I submitted a complaint to the Vigilance department 1.5 years back but there has been no update since then .I want to know the current status on that complaint through RTI but dont want to give my name.Can some one file RTI for me but that person need to give his name and address for that. More details I can give in pvt chat. Person should have good experience in filling RTI.
