Family House – Revit

Hi,
I have a project for a Family House that was done by an Architect. But like all Architects they never provide the entire Revit project. I only get dwfx views and some 3D pictures. How would like to provide the dwfx files I have and recreate the project in Revit, so I can have a 3D view available at any time. Is this possible?
