Facebook marketing

I’m looking for a social media manager to handle 4 separate companies in the industrial distribution and medical sector. I would like someone with experience posting on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and any other channels he/she suggests. Also would like experience with Constant Contact. We would like to post 1-2 time per week/company if social media manager sees necessary. Would also like creative input on ideas we suggest and also their own thoughts on social media.
