Facebook advertiser to promote my podcast

I have a business podcast (available on Youtube, Spotify, Apple podcasts, etc) focused on the UK audience. I can spend around $50/episode on Facebook ads to drive downloads and subscribers.

I have experience with running FB ads, but I’m looking for someone to do this on my behalf.

I’m looking for someone to first prepare a strategy and then run a campaign for each episode. You won’t need to prepare any creatives as we already create video clips and YT thumbnails for each episode, so we can just reuse those.

I’d like to agree on a fixed + performance based payment.
