Facebook Ad video and stories video

Hi, we are running a campaign for a model casting call for big Athletic brands. Our social media strategy is going great, but we need a final push. The casting is on December 18 and the other one is on January 12. I need someone experienced in create short catchy videos for Facebook Ads. I have the budget for someone who is really good at this. I have vector files of flyers, that you can use as well, one flyer we want to turn it into a Gifs.
