Experienced Email Marketer That Can Inbox

In search of an experienced mailer with own VPS/SMTP setup and dedicated IP that can reach inboxes. This can be a long-term gig that will be paid monthly. We are mailing promo offers to our opt-in data. The data comes with URL origin an IP tags and will be cleaned prior to sending. Will be sending 2-10K emails per day, 4-6 days a week to start. We require access to the mailer panel to upload the data and create the email that will go out. We only need an experienced mailer that can show several examples of proof of inboxing.

This is NOT for mass untargeted mailing. Our lists are targeted to our offers.
We are NOT looking to send millions of emails.
We DO NOT need any other services attached to this, only the mailer.

Requirements:

1.) Need to be an experienced emailer with 2 or more years of performance.
2.) Need to show 3 references of past and/or current client work
3.) Need to be willing to test to seed accounts to ensure that mail does inbox before hiring.
4.) Need to have Skype, Whatsapp, and/or Telegram for fast, 1-on-1 communication.
5.) Need to have your own SMTP server on your own IP address that sends using port 25 and/or port 465 for TLS.
6.) Need to be currently sending mail using the server and IP address and it is fully warmed to send a min of 10K emails daily.

This would be a 90 day (3 month) job at least. Possibilities of extending longer will be examined. Pay is $100 USD paid monthly.
