Expand Term & Rates Options

The site registration allows users to register documents for specific durations at specific prices. Based on what the user selects, they are charged for the term they select, and that term is applied to their project i.d. The site is already fully functional. This is simply updating those features. So, it’s basically going into the database and changing what the numbers are for the term and rate options.
