please prepare two codes in Excel – VBA [no other languages]

1. I will deliver a json file to you, which includes binary stream data and a hash -code. Your code should prepare and save a file (eg Word-File) from the binary data.

2. I will deliver a file to you (eg Word-File). Your code shoud prepare a json file (sample from 1)) which includes the binary date an hash.
