evict a deadbeat tenet!

I am looking to evict a deadbeat tenant and need help with the process. The tenant is being evicted due to non-payment of rent. Unfortunately, I have not yet issued a formal eviction notice. I would prefer assistance in finding a lawyer or paralegal to help me with this process, but I am open to considering other legal options if necessary. This project requires someone who is experienced in handling evictions in my jurisdiction and has a successful record of getting results.
