Hello experts,

I’m looking for someone to rebuild a event promotion website. This website will provide free services to help event managers promoting future activities. I want a simple website design with less than 10 pages basically just following eventbrite.com style without embedded map.

Below are some features required, more details will be provided later:

– anyone who wants to post events need to register as Event Manager first, after login they can publish / manage detail info about any events under their account.
– website administrator will have access to all posted events and manage Event Manager’s account as well.
– events may occur once or repeat as needed by event manager.
– visitors can join 24 hours advance email alert list (optional) without account.
– events can be searched by location / date / time / category / organizer’s name, etc (may require some database works).

Payment to freelancers will follow the milestone below:

stage 1: 10% after completion of all required functions on your demo server
stage 2: 60% after completion of all web pages designs and features and uploaded source code to web server
stage 3: 30% after completion of all testing and debugging
