Coordinate with IT Stakeholders and IT Services on the outlined ETL Support Scope of Work for Data Warehousing.
· Perform batch job monitoring on scheduler, handover and takeover of support functions with the offshore support team.
· Communicate proactively on job status, delays and other support dependent updates to the IT stakeholders and end consumers.
· Engage on recovering the production failures and get the pipelines on BAU mode as required by joining the Severity calls and bridges.
· Update the support documents based on the changes to the support functions and publish the required changes to the teams.
· Handle production changes and incidents as required.
· Communicate the status updates daily, weekly and monthly based on the IT stakeholder expectations.
