emergency Flash issue

my web guy had to go but he left me with some issues. I’m not good at WordPress and need this fixed now. The flash element is having an issue. This iss the only thing I need right now, but I will need things in the future, unless I learn some of them. Thanks
I would also like a diagram of the steps you took to resolve the issue
