Effect of financial management on financial institutions

I am looking to conduct research on the effect of financial management on commercial banks over a period of more than 10 years. Specifically, I am interested in studying the impact of risk management on these financial institutions. I expect to be provided with an in-depth analysis of the results from this research, including background information, data collection and analysis, and a comprehensive report that can be presented to senior management. This project should include review of any relevant literature, data collection and analysis of the results. Once completed, I will have a better understanding of how financial management affects commercial banks over time.
