Educational Java Android app

Is needed an app for educational intent.
The source code has to be provided, commented.

The point:
– Clear and understandable source code for educational purpose, my training

The app has to monitor trader trades

I drop a logic below, feel free to change it.

Gather old trades via API
Read old assets prices form a csv to build a price history
Get new price values via API
When a condition is verified send a notification and do an action:
a= sell
b= buy
c= do nothing

Repeat this from until a condition is verified and keep track of account balance

It is mainly for didactic use, the code should be easy to understand.
