Edit videos for my youtube channel

I’m looking for a video editor that is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and can edit about 1 video/week.

I will send you the script, the A roll, the voice over and the screen capture, and you have to match the audio with what’s happening on the screen capture video. Also add titles, graphics, transitions, video effects and sound effects.

Currently it takes me around 4 hours to edit each video, and I would like to hire someone that does it either faster than me, maintaining the quality; or better than me, taking the same amount of time.
