Edit images photoshop for instagram ad news feed (carousal)

Edit images for Instagram ad creatives (news feed carousal), please note:

1. Only need to do textual changes, background changes, club parts of multiple images into one
2. All the image parts are already available.
3. Text needs to be formal / semi-formal but clearly visible, image quality should stay same (high quality)
4. All the images needs to be exact same size and logo placement needs to be exact same place
5. After image editing I need to check for validation with Instagram tool, if validation failed you may be required do some small changes
