Edit, Correct & Organize Hundreds of Educational Videos

I am looking for a great video editor. I have a few videos I would refer to as an example of the work/productions I would want to duplicate to keep a consistent model. Real Estate experience would be preferred. It is extremely important that the videos are cohesive so the model is the same for almost every video. We can further discuss the details with the right candidates.
