Edit/assembly of Training Videos from Powerpoint using Vegas software

I have a project of seven training videos of approximately 20 minutes each. I will provide the raw voiceover files and the powerpoint slides converted to PNG with their individual scripts. I don’t need audio processing, just editing to assemble the VO to the slides. I would prefer assembly in Magix Vegas software. I can provide sample Vegas work files. I have attached a small sample, along with the powerpoint slides for the sample.
