Edit a movie

Require the below movie edited as follows:
1. add a seamless 16 second series of frames at the start that include a logo and name, that then fades out and fades in a custom text phrase that resembles the exact same text (size, color, effect) as ‘LIGHT AND VIEWS’ text at the start of the existing video.
2. add a seamless 22 second series of frames at the end that fades in a custom text phrase that resembles the exact same text (size, color, effect) as the ‘LIGHT AND VIEWS’ text at the start of the existing video then fades out and fades in a logo with name.
3. provide video in finished high quality format.
4. provide video in compressed goof quality format.
5. provide raw video to enable editing of custom text phrases added and to extend / reduce series of frames added at start and end of existing video.

The music will stay as existing, although motion sound will be added to the logo and text similar to the text motion sound in existing video.

Intent of the video is ensure the start and end segments are seamless when added.
