I need to design a orkflow for my space. We have a new Komori printing press being delivered and I want to maximize my space. The machine will be enclosed in it’s own room. At this point I have an open warehouse. The workflow starts at 1. pre-press, -2. press, 3. bindery- 4. mailing – 5. shipping
