We are Australia based well established company. looking for a commited , long term CRM consultant .
first project have following requirements to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Please send your best quote
1. Contact record maintenance
2. Recording call log
3. Sending promotion emails
4. Tracking Company/Contact activity including Tracking all incoming and outgoing communications initiated through the system.
5. Ability to tag an email in outlook to match against the customer record in crm
6. Get a snapshot of last 5 recent orders, invoices, payment due etc.
7. Ability to resend the required documents to the customer when they have requested.
8. Follow up / Reminders for customers
9. Todo list attached to a customer and assigned to a staff to complete the task.
10. We heard about a couple of option that include AI in the phone call you have with customers. Eg. Call recording and tagging it across with the customer. We would like to explore a bit in that area too.
