dynamic simulation using aspen plus software

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a dynamic simulation using Aspen Plus. The goal of the simulation is to build a dynamic simulation for the specific refrigeration cycle, which is attached below to assess the energy efficiency. I am gonna do the cycle attached to this project first then I am going to upgrade the cycle to add co2 hydrate tank
