Dynamic content for WordPress

Hello, my website is nanyanggifts.com.

I have some leads channels.
– email and whatsapp link on top bar, contact page
– whatsapp plugin
– wpforms

I need my leads channels to be dynamic, meaning everyday, the phone number or email will rotate between different person’s whatsapp or email.

I need to have a function to:
– input the whatsapp phone number list, for the whatsapp function
– input the email address list, for the email links
– input the email address list, for wpforms
