DW VISA for staff

We are a New Indian Restaurant in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. We want to apply and get visa for importing 2 staff from India under general employment policy. We also want to apply for visa for one more Indian kitchen chef who is currently working in Hong Kong under labor contract (and visa) with someone else. He is agreed to switch the job, his present one year contract and Visa are ending in March 2022. Need services for the same.
