Draft an Affiliate Contract

We need a very simple contract for our joining affiliates. We also will need to include in the contract a non compete and a non disclosure agreement.

Some contract pointers:
-Privacy
– Affiliate will receive money on behalf of our company, we want to insure that the affiliate is required to send the wire within 24 hrs of getting the wire from the credit card processor (Stripe).
– client is liable for each dollar that enters his or hers account and owes that to our company (minus their commission)
– client must put a block on stripe not allowing them to debit out of the account only allowing them to deposit
– commission structure: affiliates receive 1% of disbursements of stripe into their account.
– our company can cut off our relationship whenever we decide
