Document layout and design needed using Adobe Indesign

We have a document that will need to be designed and laid out in Indesign. Many of the design elements are already created, or will be created, in PSD.

We also have PSD files of prior documents that are fully designed, so this would not be from complete scratch.

There would be about 20 pages of unique layout and design needed, the rest of the pages are reused elements and layouts just with different titles and text.

**NOTE! We are in need of a really good designer and expert in PSD and Indesign. If you are not, do not apply!
