Docs for Build and Deploy an API Manager from Source

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with building and deploying an API manager stack from source. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

– Proficiency in Java programming language
– Knowledge of Kubernetes
– Knowledge of API management and deployment best practices
– Ansible (optional)

This project involves:

– 1) Step-by-step on how to build an API manager using Java (WSO2 4.2.0)
– 2) Step-by-step on how to build container image
– 3) Step-by-step on how to deploy with best practices (like secrets encryption/vault, LDAP integration etc.)

Tecnology to presume be used:
– Minimal Rocky Linux 8 virtual machine as host;
– RKE2 Kubernetes (single node);
– Amazon Linux 2023 (with Java 17) or Amazon Corretto (Java 17) for base image to build container image.
– External Postgres 15 database.

Other constraints:
– The freelancer need to use your own infrastructure/resourses (I only want docs!)
– I will use the solution to manage and add authentication/autorization to my REST API microservices.
– All resourses (like base images and others) used need to be from official sources

Obs.: I will accept ansible playbooks with a README explaning the project.
