Django developer with skills in WhatsApp API and Scraper — 2

We are looking for someone who can build few features in my existing website. The tech stack required is : Django + PostgrsSQL

Features needed:
1. Build a scraper to fetch data from Instagram
2. Write API to fetch all the profile data from the scrapped Instagram profiles
3. Features in our application so users can access it
4. Build the Whatsapp business feature using the Facebook official API
