DJANGO and TABLE FORM with checkbox. Prefered by using HTMX

Small training to setup a table form awith checkbox perline with view-template-url in Django. This is just a personal project. I need a trainner for this job. I just want to setup the backend and basic frontend with funcionality. Prefered spanish idiom although I can manage english.
The trainner has to be clear with my idea.
FORM TABLE with records in progress
CHECKBOX corresponding to an action to be executed over selected lines.
on-demand action configured by using a botton is necessary. the associated procedure to be triggered is developed by myself later.
Mainly I want to know how implement data form table with checkbox in form and HTMX
