DevOps to setup codeignitor app on aws lightsail

we have codeignitor web application (PHP and MySQL)
it’s in GitHub.

need to setup co/cd to deploy on aws lightsail lamp stack. we use the database seperately on managed database.

need someone with experience to setup non-prod and prod environment. also be able to easily deploy new releases
