Developing and customizing management softwore like CRM

Hello, we would like to make a web-based management system for our company operating in the maritime industry.

It will be sent to us with all the source codes of the software and documentation will be provided.

Must-have technologies:
Preferably react or angular,
.Net core web api
Database preferably MSSQL.

A demo of the previous system is also available.

The software we want is a system like an ERP system. The main headings that should be are as follows;
STOCK and WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (Warehouse records, stocks in the warehouse, stock entry and exit, etc.)
ACCOUNTING (Company account statements, monthly reports, bank statements, expense records, invoice entry, expense invoice, sales invoice, etc.)
USER MANAGEMENT (User logging, authorization etc.)
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (Personnel documents, work done, products deferred to staff, etc.)
BRANCH MANAGEMENT (Transfer between branches, adding more than one branch)
FIRM MANAGEMENT (Management of the companies worked with)
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
SHIP MANAGEMENT (Ship records, record of work done on ships, technical service record)
CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENT (Creation of official certificates required for ships and devices on board, tracking validity, etc.)

For any record on the system (for example, issuing an invoice), we should be able to print out a pdf. And we should be able to output any list as Excel output.
