Developer needed to scrape Healthcare directory

Context: We are a healthcare start up (Headway.co) building connections to primary care physicians in New York. We would like to have an exhaustive lists of all primary care, family medicine, pediatric, and OBGYN providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) listed in New York for specific insurance plans. Instead of manually farming the data and contact information, we would like someone to build a scraping tool to parse specific fields for each lead for the following domains:

Zocdoc.com
https://www.uhc.com/find-a-physician (this has a timeout logout issue)

Geography: All Zip Codes in NYC

Deliverable 1: Complete file of scraped information of doctors in NY state who accept one or all of 5 insurance carriers (Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Oxford and Oscar)

Deliverable 2 (TBD): Compile data with existing lead database, deduplicate & deliver final list of doctors in NY that accept insurance carriers along with appended info from existing database
