Develop Figma mocking Application prototype into a fully functional Hybrid Application

I’m a UX Designer, i made a prototype design for an application which i want it to be developed into a fully functional Hybrid Application (Run on both app stores Android & Apple). features are:
– Showing the nearest (e.g Hotels across the city) according to your location .
– Automatically Share location with your friends (friends list feature).
– Booking Date & Time .
– Embed 3rd party Payment Gate .
