Detached garage with loft apartment upstairs

Homeowner looking for someone to create a set of plans to build a detached garage with a garage apartment upstairs. I do have the basic design and layout that I’m looking for. I am wanting to build it is 2 phase with the garage first with storage upstairs and be able to covert the storage to the apartment at a later date. I have attached the files of the basis floorplan however I would like to make it bigger with the ceiling height of 9 foot in the garage and the upstairs space. I would like the staircase to the left of the entry door on the left hand side.
