Desktop application contains interactive chart from preloaded CSV/LAS file

Want to develop the desktop application which will have the charts based on CSV or LAS files content
The UI of the tool should be more attractive and intutive. The graphs/charts should have the options to select the portion of the it, interactively either zoomin/zoomout or selection points
