Designs for Native and Webapp — 2

We are a startup, building a web and android native app for a ‘hiring portal’, where a person can apply for a job, eg – call centre (job is shown on dashboard), and is given a simple test for it, if he qualifies, his application is accepted for review, the app would have a cold launch page, attribute selection eg – job type, salary pref, location pref, job board which shows all jobs, a bottom menu, with 4-5 elements. The design needs to be world class, preferably material. Let me know if you could do it.
