Designing Digital LED light for club ceiling

I would prefer to work with people who have done similar projects
Task: designing the led strips lay out, power points, program and controllers. Researching what products shall be best and in budget for the project. Put a plan for the installation. In general would be responsible for everything. I will ask for details plans before anything to be done.
