Designer for explainer video for consulting professions Video in German & English needed — 2

Hi,

I am looking for a designer who can create me an explainer video for a consulting professions website which will be launched soon. It’s a service-platform business model.

The idea behind the video is that it should show both ways of how clients can post enquiries to get consulting help, compare the offers and accept the suitable offer.
On the other hand, the video should show how the consulting companies receive potential jobs via email (posts of the potential clients), respond to them and start working after being accepted by the potential clients.
It can be done in one video only due to the already present websites.

The length shall be from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
There shall be two videos: one in English and one in German.

Also, once the video is done it needs to be cut in two parts.

If possible, a voice over per language shall be done. Otherwise, speech bubbles or similar in the corresponding language would work as well.
