Design revamp ecommerce, Products, live website — 2

So, we have tried to find someone twice and both times have been a disaster. First you must be able to speak English and communications is key. Second if you can only do basic designs and have no clear idea how to create and can provide proof please do not bid. We need someone to come on as a long-term employee.
This a Long-term position. There are some simple things that we require and if you cant match these we understand.
1.Must Speak English
2. Must work and communicate on weekends+
3. Must be able to communicate in EST time zone
4. Have experience with woo commerce websites and WordPress
5. Be comfortable with Adult toys/Blog
Job
1. Update the Home page, Revamp the design.
2. change the about us Page. Revamping.
3. Show products, on the Home page. 6 of them. Which client will you select.
4. Blog page, change and Put 4 blogs, 2 in each section.
5. add product, 5 in the blog section.
6. Add products to the Homepage 6.
7. Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, And refund policy
