Design Retro Windbreakers Templates

Hello, I’m Mohammed, and I am just trying to start a clothing company that sells retro windbreakers. Therefore, I need someone who can custom design windbreaker templates with the designs and the colors I want. Basically, like the one included, but with different pattern designs and colors. I need a total of 5 designs. I will work with you on the designs and tell you how I want it. I just need it to be in a format that I can give to the manufacturer companies. Thank you!!!! Please help 🙁
