Design Responsive HTML Page

I am looking for someone who can design a responsive HTML page for me. I have specified that the page should be a landing page, and I have a visual design reference for it. Additionally, I require the page to be compatible and fully functional on all browser versions.

Therefore, this project requires a deep understanding of HTML, CSS and other web technologies, coupled with excellent graphical design skills.

For this task, I need someone who is highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented. I expect the page to be ready within 3 days and aligned with my expectations.
