Design formobile app just one screen

I am looking for an experienced mobile app designer to create a visually appealing design with an illustrative element for just one screen of my mobile app. The design should feature subdued colors and should aim to be both informative and interactive. The final design should be tailored to my specifications and should be completed in a timely manner.
