Design a website on wordpress

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my blog.This will fetch the user’s geolocation and get them nearest available services or marketplace.
we have the list of marketplaces and thier services in a dynamic spreadsheet, all we need to do is to map the data from spreadsheet to our frontend of website.
I need a neat UI with good graphics.
Let’s host on a better server like AWS or similar so that user will have Quick access to data on website.
Need the website to be live in 2-4 days.
