Design a e bike rotor which used magnets and coils like car alternator to charge battery constantly while riding
Project detail
Using a solid Disc Rotor or Flat Alloy plate approximately 2mm in thickness attached to a wheel system. This rotor will be approximately 203mm in diameter or a designated diameter which can be use appropiately for the rotor. Where the rotor’ fins are open we will place an attachable and removeable plastic manufacturer part holding one or two neodimiun magnets. These must be set to allow the magnets when rotating (at a 29” tire at 10mph it will rotate 116 RPMs) to give the coil a gap to allow them to obtain maximum power output. As the coils obtain this power output it will be in an AC mode. It must be converted to a DC mode, then cycled into a PCB board to convert it to either charge a 48V lithium Ion battery (54.6V input) or 52V battery (58.4V input) with max AMP input between 2 AMPS to 5AMPS. This will have 2 mechanichal swtich to allow rider to pick which battery to charge while it is being ridden, so it will have a constant charge. The rotor on Flat Plat will be encompassed by a “U” shape alloy shell mounted to the frame of the EV and surrounding the Flat plat or rotor to maximize its power output. It can also be used on any pulled cart to charge batteries too. The power will be placed into multi-
