Dental Negligence Lawyer

I am seeking to hire a lawyer with experience in dental negligence cases, personal injury, and/or fraud. I’d like to make this a straightforward process without going to trial, and pursuing damages for both medical, dental, and debt incurred related to an unnecessary dental procedure that took place while under moderate sedation (non-emergency major change in treatment plan). The resulting damages to my health stem from an overdosage of nitrous oxide while I was unmonitored (proper ADA protocols not followed), that led to an irreversible impact on my B12 receptors, causing left side parenthesis, depression, and significant weight loss among other items. A secondary surgery was recently completed two days ago to fix errors made by the first dentist. I’ll continue to live with life-long changes as a result of the nitrous oxide – and at the end of the day, want to be made whole. I do plan to open a case with the dental boards as what’s been done is insane – but I also need to get paid back what I never should have had to pay out in the first place. The case is 100% objective, all allegations are supported with evidence gathered during the last nine months – and I prefer to go pro-se as it’s cathartic telling the story of what happened and helping others realize that this too, can happen to you if not aware. As an advocate of humanity – do the right thing – I placed my trust in a dental practice who I believed had my best interest at heart only to end up a completely different person walking out of that appointment. Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong and we uphold medical and dental professionals to be above the norm. What happened to me didn’t even hit the low-end of norm – it was like having people watch you on their cell phones while getting taken advantage of instead of helping.
