Deep supervised learning model to classify risk of death in COVID19 patients based on clinical and demographic data

Looking for an expert in deep learning to design a deep supervised learning model of risk of death in COVID19 patients. The data used here will be open source from the Kaggle COVID19 competition. I would like to develop this as a pipeline for stratification of patients by their risk of death using input clinical / demographic data and outputting their classified risk. I would also like to future proof this pipeline by integrating a quantum node in the deep learning model through IBM’s Quiskit SDK.
