Deep Learning projecy

My project is for a deep learning solution that specializes in video analytics. We already have some inputs from our client but our team will also need to do some research and development from our side. To this end, we are looking for a solution that includes image recognition, Video Analytics capabilities associated with a deep learning model. We require an on-premise solution, as we would like to keep all of the data, analysis, and applications under our direct control and management.
