Dedicated senior SEM & SEO consultant

Hey,
I need a dedicated (SENIOR) SEM and SEO consultant that can help me with all my client Google Ads and SEO.
Some of the continuous tasks the consultant will do every week/month:
For SEM:
– Account startup
– Set up campaigns
– Optimize SEM campaigns
– Keyword analysis for SEM campaigns

For SEO:
– Keyword analysis
– Onpage analysis and action.
– Offpage analysis and recommendations.
– Healthcheck analysis

I want to work with the consultant directly, no 3rd party persons. Please only senior peaple must write.
