Datascraping 2D Android Game – Multi-Account Tool

I’m looking for a developer in preferably – Python / Java / C#

This program can be Windows (Preferred) or Android.

I am looking to build a PROGRAM for a 2D Mobile game that has absolutely no 3D / Character positioning and should solely be automated via game data scraping (Functions or packets) – This will need to be confirmed on viability. – Running an emulator to manage all these accounts is very taxing and slow so this is my alternative.

Making it easier to manage multiple different accounts for piloting & items; if specific actions are not possible, all accounts can be logged into this manually to make corrections or adjustments. But 95% of gameplay must be done through the program.

I will need short-term and long-term support for upgrades & alterations on the project.
So please understand I will need relatively good documentation for new developers if you’re not available.

This is all within the EULA of the game, I have checked.

Requirements:

> Minimal design is required. – Basic organization & grouped button placement.

> The ability to switch between accounts with ease.

> The ability to add more accounts with emails & password
(These accounts will be already made – Login only required)

> The accounts must be ‘running’ – And making actions that can be made via the game already. – This doesn’t have to be displayed, as long as successes of actions and records can be recorded and resulted back just as easily

> Checking for status on – Energy Level – Total Money – Amount of specific event items –
(Also interaction with specific inventory items)

> The ability to automatically check for energy regen to be expended. – Parties to be started – Collecting items and daily gifts/spinner rewards – Things that would otherwise be done by the game automatically.

> Program can support as many alt accounts as possible – Up to 100 assuming rate limiting is not a factor.

I’m very easygoing and generally very technically minded, so I do understand some or most of what is going or is required, but I do not have the expertise to piece this together.

My MAXIMUM budget is $500 USD, but it can be discussed what is provided or any additional ideas if you’d be willing to put forward – I will also happily pay for upgrades later down the road.
