Data scraping GIS

I need to scrape information from an embeded map with an associated information. Please see screenshots of the info required. I would also like to have the Shape file embeded in the webpage to work on it offline.

Choose Buscar comunas on the horizonal upper menu and then choose in Región: Región de los Lagos; and Comuna: Puerto Montt; then add the layer: Predios.

Then when cliking on the map it will display the required info:
Comuna, ROL Propiedad, Dirección o nombre de la propiedad, Ubicación, destino, etc…
And the coordinates that appear when you click on a poligon.
